Major Duties:

  • Assist with data collection and compilation from field teams for reports, presentations, and communication materials.
  • Maintain project documentation and assist in timely sharing with stakeholders.
  • Draft reports, meeting minutes, and other essential communication content.
  • Coordinate and make logistical arrangements for internal and external meetings.
  • Provide support in budget planning and financial alignment in collaboration with program and finance teams.
  • Organize training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Support the preparation of PowerPoint presentations and visual charts for meetings.
  • Ensure weekly work plans are updated and action items tracked consistently.
  • Facilitate project-related travel logistics, including Travel Request Forms (TRFs) and verification documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement processes through IRC’s Integra system in collaboration with finance and supply chain departments.
  • Handle administrative tasks to keep program operations on track.

Who Should Apply?

Required Qualifications:
