Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the face of Premio Travel, interacting directly with customers to address their travel needs, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional service experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about travel, people-focused, and highly organized.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist walk-in clients and respond to inquiries via phone, email, or WhatsApp.
  • Handle customer bookings, ticketing, reservations, and tour-related queries.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide accurate travel information and documentation guidance.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and travel partners to ensure seamless service.
  • Follow up on client feedback to improve service quality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Tourism, Business, or Communications).
