- Lead and monitor strategic and operational engagement in Regulatory Affairs across icare service lines.
- Manage and respond promptly to regulator requests and inquiries.
- Develop and implement effective stakeholder management strategies.
- Collaborate with the Strategy and CEO Office teams including Government and Stakeholder Relations.
- Handle complex negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Protect the company brand by delivering consistent information during high-pressure situations.
- Track and report on regulator engagement activities accurately.
- Work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and service line specialists for coordinated approaches.
- Support development of a cohesive Risk and Compliance strategy aligned with business goals.
