📌 Key Responsibilities

As the NPI Senior Specialist, you will:

• Resolve Production Anomalies: Handle and mitigate abnormalities in daily production processes to optimize efficiency and reduce delays.
• Enhance Quality & Efficiency: Shorten manufacturing cycles, cut down production costs, and uplift overall product quality.
• Technical Mentorship: Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to relevant team members, ensuring knowledge-sharing and problem resolution.
• Training & Development: Lead departmental technical training programs to elevate the professional capabilities of the factory workforce.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Collaborate with Chinese MPMs (Manufacturing Project Managers) to ensure that technical data required for product manufacturing is correctly implemented.
• Pre-Production & Post-Launch Oversight: Conduct preparation meetings for new products, summarize issues post-production, and develop clear operational timelines and accountability charts.
• Fixture & Consumable Management: Follow up on fixture and auxiliary consumables needed for production and ensure trial requirements are met pre-mass production.
• Change Implementation (ECN): Monitor ECN (Engineering Change Notices) during mass production and ensure smooth execution of updates.

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

To thrive in this NPI senior specialist role, candidates must demonstrate:

• Strong experience in NPI processes, technical manufacturing, and process engineering.
• Familiarity with electronics production lines, especially mobile or consumer tech products.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work closely with Chinese project leads, with an emphasis on timely, precise data sharing.
• Proficiency in analyzing technical challenges and creating structured improvement plans.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Electronics, or related fields.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or electronics environment.
• Prior exposure to international collaboration is a plus.
• Mandarin communication skills will be considered an added advantage.
