Your Responsibilities as a Senior Fundraising Sales Manager

Drive Strategic Fundraising Campaigns

You will report directly to the Head of Resource. Your role involves planning, launching, and evaluating fundraising and donor engagement campaigns. Working closely with your team, you’ll deliver internal and external media strategies that elevate the visibility and support for Malir University’s key health education projects.

Cultivate & Strengthen Key Relationships

Developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients and major donors will be your core responsibility. Through face-to-face meetings, calls, and formal presentations, you will drive support and funding for Nursing and Medical College initiatives.

Deliver Impactful Communication

You’ll work as part of an integrated communications and sales team, ensuring alignment with the university’s strategic vision. Whether crafting donor messages, creating persuasive presentations, or organizing weekly fundraising meetings—you’ll ensure every effort is goal-oriented and well-executed.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

We’re seeking a female professional, aged 28–35 years, who thrives in a leadership role. The ideal candidate brings:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence in public speaking and conducting corporate presentations
  • Adaptability and innovation in strategic thinking
  • A solid grasp of social enterprise and project management
